Renovation
Our team served as the General Contractor for the out of state developer Rise Partners, represented by their owners rep, DMartin Partners. The work completed consisted of a complete renovation of the shopping centers façade, upgraded a portion of one of the centers with Group M Occupancy. The work performed also consisted of subdividing the existing bow into two separate spaces for future tenants and the interior fit out for the tenant Five Below.
