Addition, Renovation
IMG_1900-min

This project involved the adaptive reuse of a former restaurant facility into a functional retail space. The scope included comprehensive interior and exterior renovations to the existing 7,148-square-foot, single-story, woodframed building with a brick and siding façade. In addition, a new 2,357-square-foot, single-story, wood-framed addition was constructed to expand the facility. Renovations addressed architectural, structural, and aesthetic improvements to support the building’s new retail function, including reconfiguration of interior layouts, upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and enhancements to the building envelope and exterior finishes to ensure code compliance, operational efficiency, and curb appeal.
