Commercial Construction

Large enough to deliver complex projects. Small enough to provide personal service.

Willow Construction has provided award-winning commercial construction on Delmarva over more than 40 years. Clients appreciate our attention to detail, particularly in the areas of site management and occupied renovations. Our work includes new construction, renovations and rehabs, and pre-engineered buildings.

The extra care and attention we give every project is reflected in our exceptional safety rating. Willow Construction has earned STEP Silver Status from ABC and holds an EMR rating that is significantly lower than the industry standard.

Testimonials

The Shore Medical System has worked with Willow Construction on dozens of projects over the past 20 years. The Willow team has proven itself over and over by displaying professionalism and a commitment to excellence. They are a partner to be relied on, anticipating and addressing every detail. The Willow team is always very proactive in avoiding any inconveniences to daily healthcare operations, and most importantly, the team is very sensitive to the patient experience and the safety of patients and medical staff. I would like to thank you and your team for all their hard work. Building renovations are always difficult projects, particularly when the building remains occupied. Your team was always professional and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to address any problem. It has been a pleasure to work with Willow Construction and I look forward to working with you again on future projects.

Terence J. McGean
PE, City Engineer, Town of Ocean City

The staff at Willow Construction were engaged with the owner’s needs, and sensitive to our time schedules.

The Easton Office Building turned out to be as beautiful as I knew it would. A nice addition to Mary’s Court in Easton. Well done Willow Construction!
