Project Engineer Thad Waters, LEED AP Receives Certification for Building Design + Construction Specialty from the Green Building Certification Institute
Easton, Maryland – September 15, 2015:
The Green Building Certification Institute is proud to announce that Thad Waters, Project Engineer, with Willow Construction, LLC has earned his Building Design + Construction Specialty Certificate (BD+C). Thad is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a degree in Construction Management. Prior to joining Willow Construction, Thad worked with national construction and real estate development company, Gilbane, where he served as a Virtual Construction Engineer/Project Engineer. As a Virtual Construction Engineer he led the Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts for the $650,000,000 LEED Gold Certificate Ft. Belvoir Community Hospital Project.
Thad is currently working on several projects located in Easton; The Eastern Shore Conservation Center Renovation, Talbot Hospice Renovation and the Shore Regional Health Comprehensive Breast Center Renovation.
