The Tower Hill Clubhouse, located in a conservation district in Lewes, Delaware, stands as a testament to community-focused design and the creation of luxury, resort-style living. This state-of-the-art facility serves as the central hub for recreation and social interaction, nestled among the high-end single-family homes constructed by K. Hovnanian Homes. Carl M. Freeman Companies, the owner and developer, selected Willow Construction to oversee the commercial construction of this premier amenity.

The Clubhouse offers a range of recreational facilities designed to enrich the active lifestyle of its residents. These include a great room with a kitchen and bar, a billiards room, game room, bocce court, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, spa, pickleball courts, gym, aerobics room, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

  • Contract Type: Construction Management – Stipulated Sum
  • Project Size: 6,215 square feet clubhouse, plus pool, patio, pavilion, garden, two gathering areas, and pickleball and bocce courts
  • Project Duration: 7 months
  • Architect: Wade Architecture, LLC

It is my pleasure to recommend Willow Construction. [During the project], homeowners were able to stay onsite as construction progressed, and new homes were able to be built around the structure with minimal inconveniences. With consistent communication and excellent management, the Willow team was able to deliver the project on time and within budget. The final product is a clear example of Willow’s commitment to excellence in construction. Carl M. Freeman Companies is proud to be a partner on this project and looks forward to working with Willow Construction in the future.
