Willow Construction was selected to build a new senior center in Talbot County, Maryland. This project consisted of constructing a new two-story steel stud and brick veneer building to be utilized as a senior center. The floor plan included space to accommodate computer training, fitness training, dining, and a commercial kitchen for food preparation for the Meals on Wheels program. The project included the first registered Green Roof on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and other green building practices.
