Willow Construction was chosen to completely remodel the 5,600 s.f. ground-level, 4,600 s.f. basement level, and 190 s.f. mezzanine office. The restaurant features include two large bars and two dining areas, an alfresco dining area, a large custom milled retractable door, full commercial kitchen with walk-in cooler and bathrooms. The well-appointed restaurant includes custom millwork and trims throughout including the bars, seating, exterior doors, and exterior cornice and columns. It also features hardwood, slate and ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, fully dimmable lighting systems, and a sound system.

Project Challenges & Solutions
- The timeframe to complete this project was very short. We completed the entire project in just over three months. The goal was to have enough time to test the kitchen before the Thanksgiving holiday, which we were able to achieve.
- There were numerous other challenges in the remodeling of an historic structure such as gaining approval from the Historical Society on the front façade, long lead items that had to be expedited, and there were several change-of-use safety code issues that has to be resolved throughout the project.
