A long standing vacant lot on the Route 50 corridor of Easton, was developed by a Development Real Estate Company for the large retailer Verizon. Our team was contracted to handle the site work aspect of the project and to build the wood framed building to a warm white shell per Verizon’s development standards. The building exterior consists of aluminum storefront glass, EIFS, and brick.

Project Challenges & Solutions
- The project was completed at a highly visible and well trafficked site for our region. Safety is of upmost priority and was assessed daily.
- At onset of the project it was discovered that the accuracy of the utility locations on drawings were not accurate. After test pitting various areas utilities were discovered, increasing the projects budget. Our team worked closely with our client and the Verizon retailer to redefine the projects scope in order to meet the projects overall budget.
