Willow Construction was selected by K. Hovnanian Homes to construct the Nassau Grove Clubhouse, the most anticipated amenity in the community. The Clubhouse boasts many features, including an in-ground pool, theater, billiards, fitness center, game room, and flat panel televisions throughout.
Project Challenges & Solutions
- The owner requested that the project be completed prior to the original contract date. With the help of our subcontractors and the entire management team from both the K. Hovnanian and Willow, the building was opened 40 days ahead of schedule. This was achieved even with the additional pressure of adverse weather conditions.
