Work included a number of exam rooms, laboratory space, and areas for prevention/education, medical offices, doctor work area, reading rooms and staff rooms.

Project Challenges & Solutions
- The most significant challenge for this project was the schedule. There were a number of adjacent spaces and new staff start-dates that required strict adherence to the completion schedule. We met every two weeks with office staff to discuss impact on the various departments, maintained a tight schedule with the subcontractors, and were able to deliver the project in the allotted time frame.
