i.g. Burton Chevrolet of Berlin

The i.g. Burton Chevrolet of Berlin project utilized a combination of pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) and conventional steel as the super structure. The scope included two phases: First, the Showroom phase (conventional steel), and second, the Service Shop phase (PEMB). The scope also included the demolition of a residential house located partially where the new Building Pad was to be constructed. Asbestos mitigation was a critical part of the house demolition.
The exterior construction consisted of metal siding with Aluminum Composite Metal Panels, a new aluminum storefront, and a new entrance canopy. The interior construction included new flooring, acoustical ceiling, and lighting within the showroom.
Despite ongoing supply chain problems resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, this project was completed by the client’s deadline.
Despite supply chain issues and the unexpected COVID-19 pandemic, the Willow Construction project team demonstrated exceptional project management. They delivered our new Chevrolet dealership facility just in time for our peak buying season.
i.g. Burton Auto Group chose Willow Construction for their dedication to quality, safety, professionalism, and above all, integrity. Throughout the construction period, the Project Manager and Superintendent collaborated frequently and effectively, taking proactive measures to ensure the timely completion of the project.
The entire i.g. Burton team looks forward to our next successful project together.
