Willow Construction served as the design-builder for Enterprise Rent-A-Car to remodel a long standing vacant building in Route 50 in Easton, Maryland. The project consisted of remodeling the existing building into open office space, new construction of a wash bay building, and resurfacing of the existing asphalt parking lot.

Project Challenges & Solutions
  • It was a challenge reusing the existing building and verifying the structural integrity of structure and foundation. Some modification were made to the existing footings in order to support the new structure. This was a foreseeable condition detected early on by our team, and was addressed with contingency funds.
  • Integrating owner requests during construction, to include installation of particular infrastructure for latest car wash equipment
