Easton Office Building
New Construction
This new construction office building is the home for local companies Avon-Dixon Agency and Axis Geospatial. Willow served as the General Contractor for the new 22,274 s.f. building. The project included a structural steel frame with structural metal stud infill, a split face block and EIFS façade, an elevator, and two interior fit outs for the current tenants. The project was completed in accordance with the tenants’ move-in schedules.
Project Challenges & Solutions
- The project team was faced with a short amount of time to complete the EIFS façade during the winter months. A plan was in place to tent and heat the building to make sure the façade work remained on schedule.
- This project required special coordination with the site contractor, who was hired under a separate contract by the owner.
