The Avalon Theatre project was an occupied and phased renovation of a historical building in the historical downtown district of Easton. The renovation consisted of new vintage decorative elements, new ADA-comfortable bathrooms, and a newly pitched balcony to accommodate more guest along with a better viewing experience. The project was phased in order for the foundation to allow continuous and uninterrupted operation of already scheduled events and to allow new shows and events to be scheduled through the longevity of the project.

- Scope changes due to unforeseen conditions that existed with historical building/open communication with architect, owner/flexible subcontractor team
