Choptank Community Health – Easton

Choptank Community Health System, Inc. is a private, non-profit health center nationally recognized for delivering care to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Choptank approached Willow in late summer about an opportunity to enhance the Easton location that originally housed Easton’s pediatrics center. The expansion of this facility would offer services expand into primary healthcare, women’s health/prenatal, pediatrics, behavioral health, chronic care management, care navigation, and onsite laboratory services. The expansion consisted of four tenant spaces to be combined as a single-tenant building totaling 7,634 SF and site work. Due to partial occupancy, the project was separated into two phases.

I would like to commend Willow Construction for doing an outstanding job on the CCHS Easton Facility build-out project. Willow has proven to be an excellent contractor. I worked closely with the field and office personnel, who led the projects’ subs efficiently and without issues. The scheduling was managed effectively throughout the project even with unforeseen material delays. All contractors adhered to strict COVID protocols while working safely and producing quality work. The new Easton facility looks fantastic and continues to receive compliments from guests and staff. I would highly recommend Willow Construction.
