Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to announce some changes to the leadership team at Willow Construction. As part of a comprehensive succession plan, I have transitioned from President/CEO to the role of Pre-Construction Executive, where I will continue to focus on developing strong client relationships and guiding projects from initial concept to contract execution.
I am excited to announce the promotions of Eric Milhollan to President and Justin Hiner to Vice President. Eric most recently served as the Senior Project Manager and has extensive experience with scheduling, invoicing, project support, customer service, and financial matters. Justin brings a wealth of experience in budgeting, estimating, customer service, and contract writing to his new position.
Please join me in congratulating Eric and Justin on their well-deserved promotions. I am confident that they will provide strong leadership for Willow Construction in the years to come. I look forward to continuing to collaborate closely with them to ensure a smooth transition and continued success for our team.
In my new role, I will be focusing on meeting new clients, introducing them to our team, and offering preliminary budget estimates for their planning purposes. I am incredibly proud of the team we have built at Willow Construction, and I am confident that under Eric and Justin’s leadership, we will continue to achieve great things.
